- 1 fresh ginger root
- 5 drops of wintergreen, peppermint or eucalyptus oil
- loofah or terry cloth towel.
What you'll do: Grate or slice the ginger. Steep a tablespoon of it in a mug of boiling water. Place the remainder in the tub. As you run the water, pour in the wintergreen, peppermint or eucalyptus oil. Use the loofah or a terry cloth towel to dry-brush your body using quick back-and-forth strokes. Work from your feet up. Get the mug of ginger that you've been steeping. Remove the root, and sip the ginger tea while you relax in the hot, fragrant tub. Ahh--
