  • Scientists have discovered the "Eat Less" hormone. The Imperial College of London found that a hormone called PYY makes you feel full after you eat. And thin people naturally produce more of the Eat Less hormone than heavy people. To test this theory, volunteers were injected with PYY, and they ended up eating 400 fewer calories than normal. More than 12 hours later, the volunteers were still eating less--The Eat Less hormone is headed to the FDA for approval. And I'll keep you posted--
