Are you one of those people who loves a good scare?

Whether it's a scary movie or haunted house or bungee jumping. Do you live for the thrill? According to a recent article on WebMD you might be a type "T" personality. That's what the American Psychological Association calls "thrill seekers". These are people who do things like sky diving and extreme sports for the heart pounding, palm sweating moments. Why do people love to scare themselves? It's a way to push the limits of what you think you can stand and feel the rush of surviving it.
These are also the people who love going to scary movies too. Scary movies can provide a similar rush with little cost and the ability to get up and walk out if it gets to be too much.
Dr. Glen Sparks has been studying the way men and women react to fear for years. So he asked a group of Type-T thrill seekers to come up with a list of the scariest movies they've ever seen. They listed:
  • Friday the 13th
  • Halloween
  • The Shinning
  • The Exorcist
  • and Poltergeist as movies that provide the most chills and thrills.
But if you want to experience something a more real and WAY more extreme you could just have yourself kidnapped. Yup, you heard right. Just like in the Michael Douglas movie "The Game", a company in New York City offers you the opportunity to be grabbed off the street, in your home or work for about $4 thousand dollars.
For that price, they'll grab you when you least expect it, blind fold you, tie your hands and take you to a remote location. And the more you pay the longer they'll keep you. That's one of the scariest things I've ever heard.
