You can overcome anything just by taking a bath!

According to First magazine, you can cure a variety of conditions by simply soaking for 20 minutes. Here's what they suggest:
  • First, if you're tense and your muscles are tight, take a bath in peppermint. Peppermint stimulates the nerve endings in your skin, and interrupts the pain before it reaches your brain--In fact, massaging your temples with diluted peppermint oil gets rid of most tension headaches in about 15 minutes.
  • Next, got a chocolate craving? Desperate for something sweet? A bath in vanilla can help cut those cravings in half. Why? A whiff of vanilla triggers a burst of the brain chemical serotonin--And that creates feelings of relaxation and happiness   just like when you eat chocolate, but without the calories.
  • And finally, are you completely tired, but too wired to sleep? Try soaking in a bath with some orange and lavender oil. They work on the emotional center of the brain, and will banish your restless thoughts, allowing you to relax completely.
