Here's some cool intelligence for healthy eating habits

Straight from the pages of Fitness magazine:
  • First, get on the weight-loss track by eating food that's high in water content, and low in calories - you'll fill up faster, and eat less. So, chow down on water-logged foods, like melons, tomatoes, soups, beans, and pastas with extra vegetables
  • Next, are you going on a family road trip this summer? If you are, check out the book Healthy Highways: The Travelers' Guide to Healthy Eating by Nikki and David Goldbeck. It lists almost 2,000 health-conscious restaurant chains, vegetarian and organic cafés, and natural-food sellers across the United States. The book also includes maps and directions from the nearest highway exit.
  • And the final bit of intelligence for your healthy eating habits is, Remember Slurpees   those slushy soda drinks you loved as a kid on hot summer days? Well, 7-Eleven is now using diet soda to make fat-free, calorie-free Slurpees. I say, let the summer begin!
