We all need more free time

Well, here's a way you might actually get some, plus get a good meal to boot. It's called a dinner co-op, and according to the The Washington Post, here's how it works...
Get three friends or neighbors together who live fairly close to you. You will cook for all 4 families, yours and your 3 friends, one night a week, Monday through Thursday. Then you get to be on the receiving end the remaining three nights!
Now, it might take time to work out the kinks. For instance, the Post article addressed the issue of some meals not being so popular, so the four families met to vote secretly which meals to keep and which had to go. But overall the concept worked. Participants loved the variety of foods and the added new free time.
