According to a study by the Woolworth's department store chain, women burn 193 calories during a 2 hour shopping trip. They also log over 4,000 steps per shopping spree and that's almost half the daily number of steps recommended by heart specialists.
Another intelligence tip: If you sit up straight while you're eating, you'll eat 10% less. That's the word from First Magazine. Sitting up straight helps the food settle in the lowest part of your stomach. That's where the receptors are that signal to your brain, "I'm full!" So you'll stop eating sooner.
One last tip: The more people you copy on an email, the less likely they are to respond. So say the researchers at the Israel Institute of Technology. If someone sees that you sent the email to a bunch of other people, they'll assume someone else will answer and they don't have to.
