Wanna change your life for the better?

Good, cause I have 5 simple things you can do right now--These come from Dr. Daniel Amen, author of the book, "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life"
#1. Take a risk, whether it's jumping out of a plane or asking out that woman you've had your eye on. It'll get your heart pumping to do something that takes you out of your comfort zone.
#2. Pretend. According to psychotherapists, if you act as if you're confident and composed others will perceive you that way. In turn, you'll find yourself standing taller and smiling more.
#3. Meet your neighbors. You'll not only find a new friend, you'll feel safer in your own home.
#4. Stop asking "why." "Why did this happen to me?" "Why am I stuck in this stinky job?" You're only perpetuating feelings of powerlessness. Rephrase the question: "How can I make my job better?" Once you're behind the wheel, you can drive yourself anywhere!
And the fifth step toward changing your life: Don't give a hoot! Doctor Amen has a great saying   "At 18 we care very much what other people think about us. At 40 we don't care. At 60 we realize that no one was thinking about us to begin with!" Once you stop worrying about what other people think, you're free to follow your own path.
