  • The best time to make a decision is between 7:30 and 11 a.m. It’s all thanks to your circadian rhythms – which tell you when to wake up, and when to go to sleep. Morning’s the time your confidence is highest, and you’re less likely to be anxious or depressed.
  • Then, if you want to make a point, give your gestures more power by keeping your fingers together. According to body language experts, opening your fingers wide communicates weakness.
  • Something else you can learn right now: The best way to get close to your spouse is to get out and do something sweaty together! A study at the University of Texas found that couples who work out together have a more intimate relationship.
  • Finally, here’s the best way to hit a home run: Practice tracking the ball with your eyes. Just focus on the logo on the pitcher’s cap, then on a point in center field. Keep looking back and forth several times before the pitch. Why? By the time the ball is thrown, your eyes will be better adjusted to tracking it as it travels toward you and you’ll be more likely to hit it out of the park.
