According to CareerBuilder.com, determining which colors you prefer can help you figure out a successful career path. It uses colors instead of a questionnaire, and is said to be a better tool for revealing your core motivations. Here’s how it works:

First, you choose your favorite primary color, either red, yellow or blue. Then you choose your preferred secondary color - green, purple or orange.
